Your appointment:

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete paperwork. New patients should arrive 30 minutes early.

Same Day appointments:

We are able to see most patients on the day they wish to be seen. However, sometimes you may have to see someone other than your primary provider.

Urgent Medical Condition:

If you have an urgent condition, we may bring you back to the exam room ahead of other patients.

Arriving Late:

Patients more than 10 minutes late will be seen at the end of the morning or afternoon.  If a patient is more than 20 minutes late, they need to reschedule.

Insurance & Payment:

Payment is expected when services are performed. Your insurance requires that we collect all co-pays and co-insurances at the time of service. If these are not collected, your coverage could be dropped by your insurance carrier.
